'doc' - Microsoft - Word Document
'rtf' - Microsoft - Rich Text Format
'zip' - Zip Files Format
To view the Zip files get a zip program such as Win-Zip, a free download available if you Click here!

'pdf' - Portable Document Files 

To view/download PDF files you will need Acrobat Reader available as a free download here!

To 'view' files just left-click on the title and wait for them to open.
To 'download them' - right-click on them in your browser and then save as a file with your documents.
